Seems like in general it would weaken the power of zoning changes for good or ill.

If Euclid were overturned, and we did this change, would we be better off?

Really enjoyed this article. It put into words what I think I feel but don’t articulate well when looking at zoning. Even ignoring everything else (like its troubling past) it is just such an overly blunt tool even when it is ostensibly solving actual challenges (and not just a thinly veiled way to propagate segregation).
